These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Blaze Humanizer (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. The Service

Blaze Humanizer cleans and optionally rewrites text you provide. "Clean" mode removes invisible characters (such as zero-width spaces and byte-order marks) while preserving your words; "Rewrite" mode rephrases text for a more natural tone. The Service is provided on an as-is basis.

2. Accounts

You are responsible for your account, for keeping your credentials secure, and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must provide accurate information and be at least the age of majority in your jurisdiction.

3. Plans, codes & licensing

• Access is unlocked by redeeming an upgrade code purchased through our authorized store or partners.
• Plans are lifetime entitlements with periodic usage allowances (for example, a number of projects per month). Add-ons expand capacity and do not expire.
• Codes are single-use and may not be resold, shared, or transferred without our permission.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service to: violate any law; infringe others' intellectual property; process content you do not have the right to use; attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer, or overload the Service; or resell the Service without authorization.

5. No guarantee of "undetectability"

Blaze Humanizer does not promise that processed text will evade any AI-detection tool or any other system. AI detectors are unreliable and change over time. You are responsible for how you use the output and for complying with the rules of any platform, publisher, or institution you submit to.

6. Your content

You retain ownership of the text you submit. You grant us a limited license to process and store it solely to provide the Service. See our Privacy Policy for details.

7. Refunds

We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee, as described in our Refund Policy.

8. Disclaimers & limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Blaze Humanizer is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. You may stop using the Service at any time.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by the "Last updated" date above, and continued use constitutes acceptance.
